Digital guide: €8.90. Printed guide (A5): €15.90, including delivery to a parcel locker in Estonia. When ordering you can add the digital guide to the printed guide for €3.90, or the printed guide to the digital guide for €10.90. Prices include VAT.
Ordering and payment
You pay on Stripe's secure payment page. The contract is made once the payment is confirmed. We email you a receipt and an invoice. By ordering you confirm you have read these terms.
The digital guide
Straight after payment we email you a link to read the guide and download the PDF. Keep that email. If you lose it, email us with your receipt.
Delivery of printed copies
We send the printed copy to the Omniva parcel locker in Estonia that you choose when ordering, and post it within three working days of the payment being confirmed. The locker texts you a pickup code.
You are responsible for giving the right locker and phone number. If the parcel does not reach you because of wrong details, or is not collected and comes back to us, we send it again once you have paid the cost of sending it again.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from buying the printed copy within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@workingtheseasons.com before the period ends. You may use the form below, but you don't have to. You can also withdraw right here, with the form on this page: Withdraw from purchase.
Send the copy back to our address within 14 days of sending your statement. You pay the direct cost of returning it.
We refund what you paid for the printed copy (€15.90, or €10.90 when added to the digital guide), delivery included, within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have the copy back or you have shown proof of sending it.
You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the copy more than needed to see what it is, for example writing in it, folding it or staining it. We deduct that loss from the refund.
There is no right of withdrawal for the digital guide. By buying it you agree that it is made available as soon as you pay: we email you the reading link, and you can read it whenever you like. On the payment page you confirm with a separate tick that you give up the right of withdrawal for it. We confirm this with your invoice by email. This also applies to a PDF added to a printed-copy order (€3.90).

If the copy is faulty
We are liable for faults in the printed copy that existed when it reached you and that appear within two years. A fault that appears within the first year is presumed to have existed on delivery; after that, it is for you to show it did. A fault means, for example, a missing or misordered page or a printing error. Normal wear from use, such as creases, smudges or bent corners, is not a fault.
We are not liable for damage that happens after you receive the copy, such as wear, water, tearing or poor storage.
Tell us about a fault within two months of finding it, by email with a photo. Please report any damage in transit as soon as you collect the parcel.
For a faulty copy we send you a new one. We refund the money only if sending a new copy is not possible or does not work.
Use
The guide is for the buyer's personal use. Sharing, copying, publishing or reselling it without our written permission is not allowed. © 2026 Working the Seasons.
What the guide is
The guide gives general information based on our experience and the information available when it was written. It is not legal, tax or other professional advice. Requirements change, so check important details with official sources. You make your own decisions, and we are not liable for their consequences except where the law does not allow that limitation.
The guide and our recruitment service
Buying the guide is separate from our recruitment service: it has no effect on applications or placements. You never pay us for finding you a job.
Personal data
How we use order details is explained in our privacy notice.
Disputes
If something is wrong, write to us and we will sort it out together.
If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee free of charge: Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, Endla 10a, Tallinn, Estonia, ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon. You can also go to court.
Estonian law applies to the contract. This does not take away consumer protection that a contract cannot exclude.
Changes
An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
