These experiences have given us much more than just different jobs. We have worked in international teams, learned about different working and management cultures and gained practical experience in kitchens, restaurants, hotels and customer service. We also know from our own experience what it means to pack a suitcase, move to another country for a few months and start working in a completely new environment.
We have experienced the best sides of seasonal work. New people, opportunities, cultures and places we might otherwise never have discovered. At the same time, we have also seen the more difficult side. Unclear working conditions, situations where what was promised did not match reality and how much the whole experience depends on realistic expectations and honest information before starting a job.
Somewhere in those years the idea took shape. A recruitment service we would have been glad of ourselves in our first seasons. A service that looks beyond the CV and genuinely tries to understand both the needs of the employer and the experience, expectations and readiness of the person moving abroad for work.
We want to help employers find people who could be a good fit for their team and give job seekers the opportunity to find work abroad that can become much more than just one job or one season.
We support both sides throughout the whole process, from the first contact and understanding expectations until the person starts work, offering advice and practical support when needed. We believe that clear information and realistic expectations help create a better experience for both the employee and the employer.
For us seasonal work is not just a job in another country. It can be a new experience, a new direction and sometimes the beginning of the next chapter.
